Each comes with new problems and learning opportunities. Mike helped me buy and settle in the Chicago area from over 1000 miles away. He was a great asset to have during this move. He helped me solve some a pretty serious issue and was generally a great go-to person for related issues that arise both before and after the closing. I put him at the top of the list of all realtors I've used over the past 40 years. If you are shopping around for a realtor, you really won't find a better option than Mike. We all need to choose a good person as our agent. I will not hesitate to return to Mike should I need another agent in the future.

 He stuck with me through a very long and difficult financing process, and contractor selection process.  He was always available to meet us at the property, and guide us with any questions or concerns we had.  I found this especially commendable in light of the small commission he was due, as the purchase price was only $190K.

He was always patient with us, and answered every single question (there were many) with in-depth, knowledgeable answers, making sure that we understood everything. He always made himself available and was flexible with our busy schedules

Within 6 months, Mike helped us not only find our home but also update/fix, list and sell the condo we were moving out of (which he also helped me purchase 6 years prior). To our credit we had already visited a few open-houses and narrowed down our search before we contacted Mike. Once Mike was on board though, he really got the ball rolling, and we were looking at 2-3 homes nearly every week. Here is why we particularly think Mike is the best: 1. Knowledgeable- Mike was able to tell us about each neighborhood we visited; history, neighborhood restaurants, school zone, and local fun facts. He also knows people; whether we were hiring a painter, or needed help staging the condo we were selling - he knew a “guy”. We used all of Mike’s recommendations from inspection, to painter, and staging service. All were just as easy and great to work with. 2. Timely communication – Mike responds to emails and phone calls in a very timely and courteous manner. And better yet, he was the one to reach out and be sure we were informed and updated on information and ready for the “next step”. The accuracy of his responses and the knowledge he has made us feel cared for and secure in our decisions. 3. Flexibility – As we went to viewings we quickly found out that my wife and I differed greatly in taste. Mike listened to both of us made sure that each time we went out to see properties both of our wants and needs were met. In the end there was not much compromise and Mike found a home that had a great combination of what we were both looking for.

We spoke to him long before we were even thinking to sell and kept in contact through the years until we finally made the leap. Mike has a knack for knowing the realtor landscape and what needs to be done not only to sell but to buy. He's not like other realtors whom I've met that puts too much pressure on just making the sell. We not only sold our place for more than it was listed but also bought a place that through his advice, came out even more ahead than anticipated in the end. Highly recommend him to everyone!

My experience with my Michael was so excellent. During the house search period he was very helpful and quick at scheduling showings for me. He was always available for questions by email and text. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated his insight and knowledge about real estate. He gave me lots of useful information and advice. He is very thorough, experienced, and insightful. When we found the place that I liked he acted quickly, got me lots of background information about the place (HOA reserves, latest building maintenance work, ...etc) and we were able to put down an offer within 24 hours. From the beginning, they made us feel comfortable in the process. Using Becky’s advice, we developed a plan to do a renovation project before going to market. The renovation was a great idea and I believe it helped us sell our place fast. We had a full-price offer in less than a week! In terms of buying our new place they were very patient.
